This purchase was our eighth Lexus purchase at this dealership. Our thanks go to Lloyd Walker who managed to find exactly the RX350 we were looking for. Lloyd and Joe in finance worked hard to get us through the process as soon as possible. We never considered another brand or dealership.
AVOID this dealership at all costs, especially for service matters. Zero communication with the customer and they will COMPLETELY SCREW YOU on the price of repairs. Charged me $1500 for new brakes and an oil change!!! When i tried talking to the service manager, he couldn't care less. AVOID!

It’s nice experience shopping there as the sales person was very nice and answered all my questions, but the price of the model was a bit higher in comparison with other models of cars.
