The most incompetent, arrogant and rude service team in the whole of Adelaide! I bought a new car from them, reported few issues with it. Instead of acknowledging and admitting the fault with their vehicle they insisted everything is working ok and I don't know how to drive the car. I went to a mechanic externally and spent $1500 to get the car fixed. I would not recommend this place for buying cars or servicing cars. They know how to cheat with the customers. They have the same attitude from bottom to top of the management.

While the client service at Lexus of Adelaide was pleasant, and I appreciated the rental car provided during my vehicle's service, I was disappointed that none of the four concerns I raised were addressed. The issues were attributed to high parts prices, and I wasn’t notified in a timely manner about delays with the return of my car. Unfortunately, this experience left me feeling frustrated.
The best experience you can ever hope for when looking for a car. Picked up a used Lexus IS and the buying process of simple and efficient, Frank the salesman was very knowledgeable and demonstrated a high level of customer service. After a couple weeks the car had one minor issue but was quickly and efficiently rectified by service advisor Blake who was able fit me in despite the busy schedule. The dealership accurately reflects what the Lexus brand is known for, quality, reliability and luxury. 10/10
