Our first service. From where we have come from this is an upgrade, love it.
You enter, no one will ask who you are and what are you looking for. So arrogant and ignorant people working there.
Great service. I took my Lexus in for a couple of service issues. The service department is very professional, friendly and great to deal with. The car came back in perfect condition and had been cleaned inside and out. Unlike most dealers they will often check out small issues while you wait with no charge. Fantastic customer service!
Really enjoyed the relaxed experience of buying our new NX35O hybrid. Especially appreciated the follow-up from my salesperson, Thomas. I look forward to enjoying a long relationship. Just had our first 12 month service. Really appreciated the attention given by the service team. Love the fixed price service cost. We do love our Lexus.
Walked in & was lucky enough to be able to test drive a vehicle. Salesperson concentrated his speal on my partner who was only there to support my purchase. Not the decision maker. Never heard from salesman again even though I emailed him with a question and obviously another sales opening for him. Looked online and found the exact vehicle I wanted in Sydney. Where the dealership have bent over backwards with service and communication to complete a deal. Sadly dissapointed with Lexus of Adelaide's service.
