Oscar Najera of Lexus of Santa Monica provided a great deal of excellent service to me and my Lexus ES 350. He was very understanding of my situation and delivered on every promise made with regards to servicing the vehicle. He made me feel like a VIP and went over and beyond the call of duty to make sure that I was comfortable. The car needed the airbags replaced and was in for a fairly expensive scheduled maintenance.
