Had the worst experience of my life at this dealership. Two hours before I was to pick up my car, Derrick called to tell me they sold it to someone else even though we had an agreement and deposit. He offered me two other "lesser" cars for way to much money. Words cannot describe my dissapointment. Now I don't have any car as I sold my old car that morning thinking I was picking up my new car. Don't believe you have a car with them until you drive it out of the lot.
I worked with Kelly Bartram yesterday and she was wonderful to work with, as was Tony Ottaiano. Fabulous customer service. Love my new car!

I just purchased my second car from The Lexus Store Of Lexington and I have to say everyone that I have dealt with is so professional. I could not have asked for better service and people in the last 9 years. I would most definitely suggest buying from the great people at Lexus, they really know how to pamper you! :)
Big shout out to The Lexus Store of Lexington. I forgot to take my W.K.U. license plate off before they took my old car away. I didn't think about it until I got the new plate in the mail. My salesman just told me to go to the courthouse and get a new W.K.U. plate and send them the bill! They are great to work with! Thanks Dave Thomas and the Title crew!!! P.S. LOVE LOVE MY NEW ES350 and the extra space in the back seat!!!
