I had a wonderful experience buying a certified used ES350 at Lexus of Lexington. Liz Elliott was extremely helpful, friendly and easy to work with. She responded quickly to any questions or concerns that I had and when the dealership couldn't find the second key to my newly purchased car they ordered a brand new one very quickly and had it programmed and in my hands within the week.
I visited Lexus last week and everyone there was very nice and professional! The place was clean and very welcoming. Special thanks to Jon Elliot showed me around.
I had an incredible experience at Lexus of Lexington. The staff are all very friendly without coming off as just wanting to take your money, like most other dealerships I've been to. When I first came in I was greeted by their accommodating and friendly receptionist who showed me to some free BBQ they were having in the lobby. I bought my first Lexus here despite a terrible experience. When my lease was up, I came back and was treated like I was "less than." I shopped around and decided to purchase at Rivercenter. It's sad when the other dealerships say they have customers coming in from this area because of the terrible service here. I will never purchase from this dealership again. They really need to work on what the meaning of "great customer service" is.... because they are missing it on every level. Buyer beware.

Buying a car for the first time can be quite a scary experience. For me, I was very fortunate to have an amazing sales rep, Dwayne. He took note as to everything I was looking for in a newer used car and found the perfect car for me. The car that I purchased, a 2013 Acura, was only on the lot for less than 48 hours when Dwayne contacted me notifying me of the car. James Henderson at Lexus of Lexington provided terrible service and made the car shopping experience extremely frustrating.
The service department at The Lexus Store of Lexington is the worst I have encountered! They shorted out my electrical while detailing my car and will not take any responsibility. This is NOT how you should do business! LEXUS this is unacceptable!!
