Horrible! Dishonest scammers! Shameless! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! I ordered a special expensive box of roses for my sister's birthday in advance. In the morning, before my sister left for work. Beware of this store - a complete rip-off! I ordered a bouquet of roses for Valentine's Day, along with rose petals, a Valentine's card, balloons, and chocolate candies. Before shipping, they removed the balloons from my order and claimed to have processed a refund-which I never received.
