If you are not an INFLUENCER, they DO NOT care about the quality of roses they are sending you, so I would not spend your money with this shop. Their customer service is horrible, and they told me these roses looked just fine... these look worse than Publix roses. Unacceptable.
They delivered me the wrong roses and card and didn’t even try to fix it . Nice roses though . The service needs to be improved they mad a situation that was already bad between my partner and I worse

I take no pleasure writing this review. Yesterday at around 11am i placed a same day delivery order online.. close to $200. During the afternoon I called customer service several times to change the delivery address.. after 3 separate calls where made we either lost connection or I was left on the line where I had to call back.
