One of the worst companies I've ever dealt with. My insurance has me listed as "at fault" for an accident where all the documentation (including LexisNexis according to their several phone reps) clearly states that I am not at fault. My insurance price has doubled because of this mistake and LexisNexis is taking their sweet time addressing it. This company is a consumer reporting agency that collects your personal data like driving records, credit scores and credit history from various places. They do not fact check the information they collect and they provide this information to insurance companies and other agencies as facts. Most of the information they pass on are incorrect and ends up affecting people lives. They need to be held accountable to ensure that any data collected has been accurately verified.
