They are incompetent.
One of the worst companies I've ever dealt with. My insurance has me listed as "at fault" for an accident where all the documentation (including LexisNexis according to their several phone reps) clearly states that I am not at fault. My insurance price has doubled because of this mistake and LexisNexis is taking their sweet time addressing it.
