Comfortable, convenient place to live. Maintenance people are very friendly and accommodating. I've been happy here for almost 7 years. One request I have for the management is to consider making the buildings smoke free please. The tenant downstairs is a heavy smoker, it comes through the floor filling my apartment with second hand smoke. Not healthy for anyone! Please consider this request in the interest of all tenants' health & well being. Thank you!
Snow removal is horrible. They need to invest into better equipment for the maintenance workers. Sidewalks are poorly shoveled and salted. There is a plowed like of snow and ice infront of my wife's car.

This place is awful , I lived there and got out , their polices change with pets all the time,, there are so many HUGE dogs , now all of a sudden 25lbs and under ?? they run a horrible complex and they have no brains !!
Moved here in July and absolutly LOVE it . The Maintenance crew is friendly and professional. The grounds are well maintained. The neighbors are pleasant. The apartment was clean and ready to move in and now thanks to my decorating skills............a perfect place to call home. Any normal maintenance issues with the apt. were taken care of promplty. All in all a great place to live.
I used to live in Lexington village and never had a problem. The maintenance men were always available and help us in a timely fashion. They were always helpful and polite. The women in the office always helped me if I had any questions. Lexington is a good place to live.
Hard working maintance staff. Quiet and safe place to live. Very happy that small pets allowed.
Clark is a decent, safe community to live in. Lexington has been (mostly) a good place for pet owners. Pets under twenty five pounds are allowed. Apartments are wrapped around courtyards in a quad- style so there are always convienent safe places to walk your dog. Laundry facilities are convienent but a walk down to seperate basement area (creepy). Rents are not high for this part of New Jersey but they do go up routinely, four percent at the end of every year's lease.
I've lived here over a year and have referred two of my friends and they love it as well.
