hmm by enforcing their rules and policies. not letting people sublet. not allowing all dogs including pits tom play on the tennis court. maybe separating the smokers from non smokers. place is reall unreal imo. cheapest place in union cty but you pay other prices. smh. truly smokers haven here.wtf

Sent 3 letters to Mr. Rieder have not heard back from him. The office staff are nasty 🤢 women. The maintenance staff work their butts off and are at a rock hard place when it comes to the wash rooms and landscaping as they don’t have control on them. They r wonderful people always helped me, but like I said the office staff nasty. Mr. Rieder would love to talk to you s d ask Gerry for the three letters I sent
Lexington Village is a piece of shit. They don't take care of their property. So many things are fixed by a band aid. When I moved in the apt wasn't cleaned. The floors were/are warped. Paint was still wet. I found roaches. my stove hasn't been fuctional in months. Now hot water!!! I had a flood last month and had ,u stuff ruined.When i spoke to Mr. Ford..he didn't care!! The maintence staff is understaffed 3 ppl for 300 units. It takes them months if that to fix things!! Don't move here !!!!!
Laundry rooms need a complete upgrade...4 washers and 2 dryers is ridiculous!
We have been here just a few months. Apartments are very nice inside. Friendly community, and close to everything, very convenient. I agree with the other review, would be nice if a few buildings, if not all would be smoke free!! My neighbors don't smoke in their apartments, which is nice but you can still smell it. Great place to live though
We have a great apartment, and Village staff are so friendly and helpful! We had an emergency maintenance situation a few days ago, and Josh came right over and fixed it perfectly. Brian fixed a problem before we knew about it. Joe always listens to us and keeps us informed. Kathleen and Jeri answer every question. The neighbors are so nice and kind. Thank you all so much!
