Terrible experience at this location. Called to check in when I arrived. Was told that they would text me when I could come in. Waited more than 30 minutes. Called back as it was more than 30 minutes after my appointment, was hung up on. Called again and was told that since I took a cancellation, I wasn’t on their list. Hello, I called today Saturday July 18th 2020 at 2:30PM the receptionist was extremely rude. I asked to book an appointment for my sick girlfriend and she referred me to a website. As I do not have internet on a regular basis I asked to book one over the phone. She said they were booked till Monday and to call the ER and hung up. I called back to ask for a managers number or email address due to her being extremely rude and she wouldn’t give me any information. This is the most unprofessional service I have ever received. My daughter had an appointment for 10 am today. They finally saw her at around 3 this afternoon. 5 hours she waited for a covid test. Yes she had to wait, because she was sick! She had self-quarantined since Monday. That was the earliest appointment she could get. SLOW. NO EXCUSE for this!

I have been there several times and several of my Grandchildren. They are very professional, very friendly and concerned about our health. I’ve never waited over 20 minutes to be seen. Usually in and out less then an hour. My prescriptions waiting for me when I get to pharmacy. Highly recommend.
Place says they close at 9pm. Last patient at 8:45. There closed at 8:30.
my neice candice Hollon said she had to write her information on a posted note. now it's been 6 hours and no prescription. yeah, you can help. close down and let professional people come in.
