Near 100 degree temperatures and the air conditioning has been broken for over a week. Had to purchase box fans and let my 8 month old stay with his grandparents. Maintenance hasn’t even bothered to look at it yet.
This place is a joke. No customer service. Maintenance is horrible, and the staff here doesn't care about it's residence. Never move here. Worst office staff ever! I've asked and asked for a handle on the patio door, and all I get is the run around.
Maitenece never fixes anything. All the buildings have bed bugs, we never had them until after we moved in there, and the pool is never open and when it is open they don't clean it. And they imbezzle your rent then try and say you didn't pay even if have a receipt saying u did my advice, don't move there
