Moved out 2 months ago, they told me not to cancel utilities and they were supposed to have utilities out of my name within 48 hours. They have still not done this and are now ignoring my emails on why they still haven't transferred the utilities into their name. I'm still paying the utility bills there. Maintenance is a joke, took weeks to get repairs done. Fridge failed, took 3 weeks to get a new one and was advised to just keep putting ice in the fridge until they can get to it.
