The entire office staff is very pleasant and friendly. There was 0 wait time (they were even ready to take me in early) and the dentist did a wonderful job explaining everything to me and doing the procedure.
I had a gum graft done by Murray Awrach and am very pleased with the service. I should say that this is my first gum graft, so I don't have a solid basis of comparison, but I feel like I have gotten very good care, and the office is friendly and easy to deal with. They also have a very nice appointment reminder system that uses both e-mail and text msg reminders.
I had a great experience. I was terrified about being in pain but it was relatively painless. Thank You Gail
Yesterday I came in for an appointment to see Doctor Murray, to evaluate my tooth for a possible root canal. When I checked in with Michelle she mentioned that I was checking in a week late - Oops! Even with my delay the staff was able to accommodate an appointment an hour later. When I return the staff was extremely professional, personable, and extremely thorough - explaining the health of my tooth. Even though Doctor Murray's office is about twelve miles away from home - I can totally see myself traveling the extra miles ... read more
We were very impressed with Dr.Awrach and his entire team! The entire staff were extremely caring,friendly and professional. We couldn't be any happier with the experience for our 14 yr old. It's very refreshing to go into a Doctor's office and be greeted by friendly people!! (especially late in the day...) And to receive a call from Dr. Awrach himself later in the evening, was a bonus. I highly recommend this practice to everyone!!
