Wow! What a terrible experience so far. Two telehealth appointments, two which no one even bothered to show up for. When I finally got someone to show up, they said it was because they had a restart their computer which took 30 minutes. I finally went through the consultation and I was asked to send my insurance card and photos and they would call me back the same day. Sent everything and never heard from them again. HORRIBLE place BEWARE!!! Insurance FRAUD... NO RETURNS
Managers and are not helpful or sympathetic. They overcharged my insurance and refused a refund. They rushed and bullied me into the payment process. DON'T GO HERE.. They're frauds.
