Punctuality is an issue here. No one shows up for appointments. No one actually calls you back after you’ve been told several times that they would.
The consultant was more of a salesperson than a medical advisor. I was pressured to book my procedure immediately with a 'limited time discount' and didn't feel my concerns were genuinely heard. The entire process felt transactional.
The recovery from my mommy makeover was far more painful than described. The prescribed pain medication was insufficient, and when I called for help, the staff was dismissive. I felt completely unprepared and unsupported during the worst of it.
I wanted a subtle refinement to my profile, but my rhinoplasty left me with an obvious 'surgical' nose that doesn't suit my face. My portfolio has suffered, and I'm now seeking revision surgery elsewhere. Their idea of 'aesthetic' is sadly outdated.
Wow! What a terrible experience so far. Two telehealth appointments, two which no one even bothered to show up for. When I finally got someone to show up, they said it was because they had a restart their computer which took 30 minutes. I finally went through the consultation and I was asked to send my insurance card and photos and they would call me back the same day. Sent everything and never heard from them again.
