Great management, great prices for the area and maintenance is top notch
For the two years I lived there I had no maintenance, I did most of the things myself and paid for, the floor broke, I replaced it paying more than 500 dollars, I reported the patio and it ended up falling because they never arrived on time, when I moved out I had to clean because they gave me the house dirty! At least I expected all of my deposit, but it turns out that even if I put the floor in and left the apartment better than I received it, they charge me 600 for a carpet that is more than two years old!!!
