LIVED HERE FOR NEARLY 20 YEARS.... MANAGEMENT TRIES VERY HARD TO MAKE IT A NICE PLACE ( IT'S HARD WHEN PARENTS DO NOT CONTROL THEIR CHILDREN!) FOR THE MOST PART, IT IS PRETTY WELL MAINTAINED AND IS IN A GREAT SCHOOL DISTRICT.
I am a resident here I strongly recommend do Not move to this place. Beth, the property manager is Extremely rude and she tries to treat you like you’re a child. She nit picks over every little thing and she will charge you for every minute detail. If you have a blind that Has some damage on it she will give you three days to replace it or continue to charge you a $30 fee with no recourse. She is very unreasonable.
