It would help me to be more informed about procedural events -- exactly what will be changed on each occasion. A description of actions. Not all patients would like this, but as a timid person, I would like to know precisely what is happening. Not-knowing increases fear.
I went in to my procedure feeling extremely nervous and anxious. I have had bad experiences with dental procedures in the past. The staff and Dr. Molena made me feel very comfortable and assured me that everything would be ok. The procedure was timely and most importantly painless!!!! They did the best job I could have asked for. I will be back for my following procedures and now have no fears of what is ahead!

Very nice office setting with friendly, informative staff. I met with Dr. Alpers who provided a thoughtful and thorough consultation.
Everyone was professional, courtious and friendly. Dr Alper explained my situation so I could fully understand and answered all my guestions and concerns.

While no periodontal work on an upper, back tooth location is fun, the work was done quickly and with adequate novacaine. Came away ready to call it a day. Took an Advil and the antibiotic. Went to bed. Woke up feeling absolutely fine. Wouldn't have known that Dr. Molina had done anything, given the lack of any discomfort. Thanks, Dr. Molina and team!
Very positive experience. Great clinical result. Particular Kudos to Dr Molina and Michelle -- however all staff friendly and helpful. Billing and insurance process transparent and efficient. A model of what healthcare should be.
Michelle and Chrissy are the best!
Staff was great--competent, personable, caring and respectful. This was as good an experience as one could expect to have while getting a tooth extracted.
