I have been a patient of Dr. Awrach for many years. I visited the office because of a problem with one tooth. It was not a candidate for a root canal- possibly for pulling and an implant to follow. I met with Dr. Joel Alper. He was extremely patient in explaining all of the details. Since I was scheduled to leave on a trip, he gave me all of the options, prescribed an antibiotic to take if necessary, and scheduled treatment for my return.I was totally satisfied with the care and treatment I received.
The new office is beautiful, bright and welcoming but not as welcoming and friendly as the staff! I feel like a new woman after each appointment. Thanks for taking such good care of me! ~BLF

Generally, I am pleased by my experience here. I am very pleased with the competence of the hygenist. This specific time, however, I was not pleased that the periodontist was not around to view my teeth, especially in the light that I had many questions about pocket surgery. I think that even though an emergency had cropped up, another periodontist could have taken a look and answered my questions. Or, it would have been helpful, if I could have come back for the regular periodontist to view my teeth and answer any questions... read more
