Just the usual world class dentistry.
My son came for gum recision correction surgery, and it was as positive as could be! Dr. Rabinovitz was kind, courteous, professional, and so smart. Michele in the office was so friendly and helpful and we felt very welcome. I noticed that the whole office and bathroom etc. were incredibly clean, and the bottled water was very kind to have on hand as well. I would definitely recommend this practice! No one likes to have to have gum surgery, but it was as good an experience as you could have.
I really liked how respectful and friendly and professional everyone was. Also, it was comfortable and clean in the facility. Dr. Rabinovitz was very polite, and he introduced himself by full name instead of just Dr. Lastname which I always find irritating when it happens. He is smart and insightful and knew exactly what he was talking about. He also made a nice connection with my son. The office staff was caring and helpful at all times.
The Doctors and staff are amazing at Lexington Periodontics. I have been to both the Framingham & Lexington locations and had treatment with Dr. Rabinovitz and Dr. Molina. They are both excellent doctors! The doctors and staff are very caring and make sure you are aware of what they are doing at each step! If you need periodontal tx this is the place to go!

It was easy to get a prompt appointment; front desk staff was courteous, helpful, and friendly. Office was clean and had a nice bathroom and a nice waiting area. The doctor was professional, calm, and respectful, and he explained things clearly and sensibly. My only objection was that he introduced himself as "Dr. LastName" instead of with his full name. It's not like I would call him by his first name anyway, so it felt obnoxious to be talked to that way. However, that was the only negative.
