Westchase Gheto My family and I have the displeasure of living in Lexington Park, Westchase. The property has turned into a dump since purchased by Matrix. Our AC runs continuously for 24 hours a day and our power bill is well over $300.00 a month. The temperature gets as high as 80 degr. inside the home even though the ac is on 70. The maintenance manager informed me May '15 that our ac system needed to be replaced but Matrix will not approve it claiming it's in the budget. Feels like home! This is the perfect place for me. Love the Westchase area of Tampa, so clean and an active community. My building is close to the Leasing office with community, conference and computer rooms/area. I love the gym, equipment is quite new, full basketball court, resort like pool patio furniture, and gazebos. There are gas grills and picnic area beside the pool. The staff is very friendly. Spacious and great location!! My 2 bed 2.5 bath town home with an attached garage is amazing!!! The space is incredible, huge bedrooms, lots of cabinets in the kitchen, big bathrooms, walk in HUGE closets, attached garage with a private driveway. Comes with washer and dryer, must have! Location is perfect with 9/10 schools, tons of restaurants, and shopping! I highly recommend Lexington Park!!!

Lexington park apartment Overall the grounds and maintenance people are nice, apartment is not as great as you would think for price. Office staff is ok.
The complex is beautiful, the people wonderful The staff and maintenance crew are absolutely wonderful. Very efficient and quick to fix any problems, and help with questions to new arrivals. Friendly, informed, involved and helpful. What more can anyone ask for.
