Worst place ever I hate this place. Everything is wrong about this place and the office staff is the worst. Look elsewhere, there are lots of great communities in the neighborhood. Everything is cheap here except prices. Imagine that, on the day of my move in, they didn't even knew how much should I pay to actually move in. Update 1: After posting here the office staff called me to my personal phone, it took them less than an hour to notice this review and call me. Find a better place!!! Out of the 4 apartments in Westchase, this one is the worst. Open GYM without any lock.Strangers use this GYM frequently. The Clubhouse rentals and conditions are beyond justifiable. Dirty pool(Go around that area and smell will chase you out). Dog poop can been seen on all the places. Any minor home rapiers takes 2 weeks with lots of followup. You will see the actual face of "nice ladies" in the leasing office when you ask for any maintenance.
