Verified Renter I recently moved to Avana Westchase and I would recommend it to my friends for the community and the appearance. The school district and the location also ticks on top. The management staff were good need to see if that continues for the rest of my stay. My only word of caution would be get anything agreed at time of leasing in a written communication as I am facing a setback on one of my ask.
Verified Renter We moved to Avana coz we had liked the community and the floor plans. Also we have friends here. But the experience after move in hasn't been as exciting. Bedroom carpet, blinds weren't cleaned. Bathroom light switch not working. New a/c installed before move in but main a/c vent hole still not covered. Poor cell network reception.
