Huge shout out to Franklin and Efren for fixing our A/C! Franklin came out on a Sunday evening (within 20 mins of calling) when our unit froze up and very quickly got it back going. Our unit ended up having a refrigerant leak and they quickly replaced the unit during the same week to get us back up and going. Maintenance has always been pleasure to work with and is usually very responsive to any of our requests.
To bad Franklin is not an ac guy Lexington palms is a joke never move here
Just wanted to give Franklin a huge shout out! My Ac was having. Issues and he came over quickly and solved the issue! Highly reccomend (: also to add he came over on a holiday.
Paid all these fees only to be denied. They had me fill out all this information for nothing. Even though I have been living in my current apartment for 6 years straight with no issues. The only reason I'm leaving is because I'm relocating for work. I have to wait 5-7 days to get the $100 back even thought they didn't wait 5-7 to receive it. A holding fee should not have to be paid until a tenant is approved for an apartment. Disappointing experience. I had high hopes for this place.
