Excellent Maintenance Service from Franklin Franklin is a very professional, friendly, and reliable person. Every time we’ve had an issue in the apartment, he responds quickly and fixes everything efficiently. Staff is amazing!! Those Ladies are really there to help!!! Maintenance guys are good as well. BUTTTTTTT! It’s not that safe out there. My unit was broken into 4 months ago and nothing could be done about it. Not even a warning email to inform the community of break-ins because of the fear of losing tenants. So Be mindful before you lease here. They will say it was isolated or someone you know to deny blame that there are individuals within the community breaking in units. Find some where safer to live.
My process into getting into a lease at the Forum was a bit different than perhaps most residents. I moved from Orlando to Ft. Myers because my daughter lives in this very same complex and my experience with Yainara was incredibly amazing!!!! I am telling most family members that have been wanting to leave Miami for a while that this is the place to be. Yainara was amazing! She was so helpful and welcoming from the moment I arrived. She gave me a detailed tour of the apartment, explained all the amenities, and answered every question I had. Her kindness and professionalism made the whole experience enjoyable and stress-free.
