the office manager is rude, nurse and the doctor dont interact to make sure there doing there job.they wanted me to do there job for them
Absolutely Love Dr . Griggs, He took up alot of time with me and my mom to help solve her Health Issues. I love him so much.
I'm not a patient here. I would have been, except for the worst customer service I've ever encountered from a doctors' office when I called to make an appointment. The woman on the phone, who would not tell me her name so I could complain about her formally, was hostile and rude. There may be fantastic doctors and nurses and others on staff, but with that person as the face of the practice, I'll never know. Just horrible.
I would love it because I really like my Dr. but the wait time is crazy anywhere from hour and a half to two hours!!
Love this practice- awesome staff- great doctors -so professional & efficient! No long hours waiting! Been here 30 years & they have cared greatly for our family!
I really like Dr Griggs and the nurses. Would have given them a 5 but the wait time is a little ridiculous, especially with small kids.
