l'm very frustrated and disappointed when reaching out to take care of my health concerns. I felt disregarded and helpless when I all I requested was a change of Dr. I haven't been happy with the quality of care I have been receiving from my current Dr. They informed me that I couldn't switch Doctors.
Takes way too long for any kind of follow up communication.

The restroom enough too make you sick scrub them toilet and behind the toilet!
RecommendedI absolutely love this office! Dr. Harris has been seeing me since I was little and my dad since he was a teenager! I’ve never had a bad experience (except when I had to get shots because those are no fun) I never have to wait and sometimes they even get me in early! Show up for a 2:00 appointment made 5 days ago to this sign. Not even a phone call. Worst reception/front desk service I’ve ever seen. Rude and couldn’t care less about patients. Doctors themselves have been ok here but I’ll never go back.
We have been going to Lexington Family Practice since moving to Columbia. They have always taken care of my family and I. Recently, I was unwell my fever kept spiking to anywhere between 100-102.4. I was in panic mode. They saw me that day and two days later I’m back at my new job orientation. They go above and beyond for their patients and if you have a question you just call and I’ve always gotten a same day response (even though I’m sure some days they are really busy).
