Elizibeth is an excellent therapist as well as person and I was very fortunate to have her be my introduction to mental health help. She is very affable and helped me make dramatic changes.
I've been going here for nearly two years now and am so grateful for the work Elizabeth has done with be regarding my trauma as well as helping me to build good, efficient coping mechanisms for the things I'm dealing with. I haven't been at such a good place mentally since before I was diagnosed 15 years ago. If you are needing to safely work on processing trauma as well as learning how to cope with it, I highly recommend seeing Elizabeth as well.
I have been seeing Elizabeth Kaster for 3 or 4 years. At our first appointment, my body language couldn't have made it more clear that I was terrified to open up about the trauma I had experienced. She was patient, understanding and never pushed me to share before I was ready. As time went on, I grew more comfortable and confident in her office and in everyday life. She truly is a wonderful person and I can't say enough kind things about her!
