I had a great experience at Lexington Clinic on South Broadway. It was a positive experience from checking through the end of my appointment. I saw Dr Martin and she was just wonderful as was her nurse. I will definitely refer Lexington Clinic.
The lady that answers the phone is just rude. i'm trying to get set up as a new patient to get my blood pressure checked because i'm out of medicine but I don't have insurance anymore to go to my regular doctor, and I was trying to see how much money I need to bring and she says she doesn't know even a ballpark figure for seeing the doctor and hangs up on me - twice
The check in process is ridiculous! Out of 7 check in posts only 2 were open! It was 2:30 in the afternoon!
