Dr. Merkley and Amy were some of the most dismissive providers I’ve ever dealt with. Every concern I raised was brushed off or outright ignored. For example, when I asked them to look into the possibility of gut issues after tests showed increased bad bacteria, they refused to consider it. I was told over and over that nothing could be done, and every request for further evaluation was shot down. They promised to send me a test for another possible condition — it never came. I got somewhere else now. I was seen months ago for a cdiff infection. Got treated and I got a egd done because I was having other problems. Never gave me photos for it. Never went over it with me. I was having abdominal pain and asked to be on a milder uc medication to help with my abdominal pain and instead got prescribed an anti antidepressant . I can’t take them. Seen new gi and said I might have a Hpylori infection or ulcers in my stomach.
In one day, I met with: X-ray technician Labwork (phlebotomist) Hannah Sinclair (pulmonologist) Amy Collins (gastroenterologist) All were top-notch professionals and I received great support/care. I'd highly recommend this place above others. Don't be decieved by fake competitor reviews or spam comments.
My husband was send to this clinic on July 17, 2023. I had some questions for the APRN, Amy Collins. She was very rude and not helpful with our questions. This person was cold and very rude. Made fun of our questions. I am worried this person does not have patience care as her top priority.
When I walked in, the entire facility smelled of garlic. The staff were eating their lunches at the desk while checking me in. The receiving nurse that checked my vitals was very nice. The Nurse Practitioner Amy Collins was who I had the appointment with. I was with her for about five minutes, and the bill was $333!
