Medical staff seems to have a superiority complex to reception staff and it’s not okay. This place is staffed by grown adults and elderly doctors who behave like middle schoolers. Have some respect for your staff
Lexington Clinic is ignoring a major health concern regarding my mother's health. I have approached LC over the past 8 months with tangible examples of severe cognitive decline. They scheduled a primary care appointment, but no tests were conducted to evaluate her for dementia or alzheimer's. Just yesterday, my mother said that my dead sister stole her toenail clippers. I took my newborn daughter here and somehow came out with a $300 bill when she has insurance that definitely covers getting her weighed and sized. that that bill has now somehow gone up to being $800. they will not answer their phones when it comes to scheduling or billing or when you tried to just call the nurses. about my time when I did go there, we waited for about 45 minutes because they “lost the appointment” and had to make a new one in which we had to wait on even though there was nobody there. you could hear the peo... read more
