Long story short, I am trying to get a medication approved through my ins. After calling the pharmacy, they advised me to contact my drs. Office. I called and spoke with a very rude receptionist that honestly sounded as though I was bothering her. I offered my assistance with my issue and was told I’m doing everything I can.
