Very clean and organized gym with every piece of updated equipment you could imagine!
I have been going to Lexington Athletic Club for at least 15 years? Maybe more? I love to work out in a group class - because I know I will get a great workout! Please please and pretty please - put more group power classes at 5:30 am spot!
Tons of bang for your buck! No other gym in Lexington can touch the value that LAC has to offer.
