This review is for Mariah only, the leasing manager here. She is amazing at her job, go above and beyond answered all my questions about renting an apartment here. Very professional and friendly. Highly recommend!!!
One star due to terrible management and even worse neighbors. Some of our neighbors have made living here an actual nightmare. They blast music consistently, they scream various slurs late into the night, have been visited by the police on several occasions, and have even threatened us directly. We’ve begged management to resolve this many times, but they refuse to act — they’ve essentially told us we’re on our own. If you’re looking for a safe, healthy community, continue your search.
Management is friendly. A good place to live. Safe. Easy accessible. Pocket friendly.
If I could give this place no star, I would. Scheduled to tour an apartment and appointment was confirmed. The morning of appointment date, received a call saying they FORGOT to notify the tenant 24 hours ahead of time so would have to reschedule. Got the rescheduled appointment set for 2 days later. Upon arriving to the appointment at 5pm, I received a call at 4:58pm saying appointment would need to be cancelled because someone else put a deposit on it and we can no longer tour. The lady who is in charge of the leasing was so RUDE. Four of my appointments were canceled within a few hours before viewing. One of them was canceled an hour before viewing simply because she didn’t schedule me. Another one was canceled on the same day (few hours ago) because she didn’t notify the current tenant. While all these were frustrating, she HANG UP on me when I called and tried to figure out what was happening. The management was disorganized. I would not recommend it.
