I was very pleased to meet Ms. Asia. It was my first time meeting her, and she was absolutely lovely. She was very helpful, knowledgeable about the property, and clearly knew what she was doing. I also appreciated her willingness to look out for the residents and assist them whenever possible. She made a great first impression, and I look forward to working with her moving forward. Leo is, simply put, a community. Management does a stellar job in providing a space that is familiar and comforting, while running things reliably and professionally. If anyone were to ask me to recommend a place to live in DC, it would be here 🤝
The maintenance team here is outstanding. I called around 11:30 a.m. with a complaint that my A/C had quit working. I was at work when I called them and by the time I got home from work (roughly 6 hours later), the A/C was working again. 👏🏼
Intern Anthony was very helpful and knowledgeable. Working with him over the phone and his in person tour was outstanding!
I cannot wait to move out. The Leo seems to have good reviews, but I WOULD NOT MOVE INTO THE LEX APARTMENTS. They also just fired Corine, who was the best front desk concierge and pretty much the only person that residents liked in the whole building. Now we have a new random concierge everyday instead of the one person that was actively trying to make this building into a real community.
