I have been a resident at the leo now for 8 months and couldnt of been happier about my decision to make "Leo at Waterfront" the place I call home. Besides all the obvious reasons of location, having the conveniences of a safeway and metro station right outside your front door, you also have a very attentive managment and staff who seems to prioritize the privacy and safty of it tenates. Demi was a great leasing agent! Showed experience far beyond his years! Him and Ms. Brown were very on top of things and attentive to my needs. She was especially helpful in guiding me through the process!
Asia was amazing, I had just moved to Washington DC and she was so helpful and amazing with showing me the apartment and the amenities. So much so I will be filling out an application today. She was very helpful and was very knowledgeable about the area. Loved the apartment and if you are interested I recommend having Asia help with the tour.
I came in for a last-minute tour, and Wendy was absolutely amazing! She showed me three different layouts, had the answers to all of my questions, and went above and beyond to be kind, welcoming, and helpful in my apartment search! Beyond incredible leasing staff, Leo is also a notably beautiful apartment building, and it is definitely a stand-out in my search!
