Editing: This has been a wonderful place to live. Had to leave due to military obligations. The maintenance team is amazing along with the front desk and leasing office. I appreciate everything they do. Highly recommend. I’ve been here at the Leo for few months now and have really enjoyed my place. You’re right next to a metro line and in a very walkable area. Good evening, I would like to share my thoughts on my experience moving to this apartment complex. I had to move last minute and I had 3 weeks to find an apartment, I would like to give a shout out to Ms. Wendy for her assistance in getting my new home. Out of the many other apartments I was looking into, Ms. Wendy reached out promptly and professionally and explained the process and made it a smooth transition to living here. **Had to change review as management has demonstrated they don't respect resident. Pool closure was already early, but has been further reduced to 7pm. No explanation, no justification, just a rule change and surveillance threats.** -6/8/2026 I've lived here for about six months and the place is solid. I’ve been at Lex for 2.5 months and overall the experience has been good. There are some aspects that would benefit from closer/more detailed attention from management. For example, the past 3 weeks the gym has been a mess. Particularly the yoga room. I’ve worked out in there for the past 3 weeks with sunflower seeds on the floor, and today there were small rocks all over the floor.
