While I may have my opinions on the property management of this building, I will say that the current maintenance department is the best it's ever been in all my years of living here. Danny and Edgar are personable, they are efficient, and most of all they are quick to respond. On more than one occasion I have been shocked at how quickly they are able to respond to my requests, get things done, and get equipment replaced. I lived at the Leo for a year and could not wait for my lease to end. Elevators seemed to randomly go out. One was down for 2 months and then the freight elevator was being used half the time so only one elevator worked. The parking garage isn’t private so parking fills up when there are events at the Wharf, baseball, soccer & xfl games. We've lived here for 3 years. Location is great and the maintenance team has always been responsive and helpful.
