I visited this property in the late afternoon around 4:15 to return keys and was met with a completely unprofessional environment. Upon entering the building, there was a strong smell of marijuana in the lobby. Drug activity appears to occur both inside and outside the building, raising serious safety concerns. During business hours, property management staff were openly drinking wine and socializing in the office. Working with Leo at Waterfront has been a very seamless process! While my mother has been living there since 2018, she is choosing to move into a new unit and the transfer process has been made easy by both Asia and Rachel. They were available for communication and extremely helpful with anything in the paperwork that needed clarity. Their (agent) Asia offered offers the best customer service experience I’ve ever had and the place is absolutely amazing if you don’t like what you see at this complex then you must be paying 3 arms and legs good luck beating this.

It was very nice apartment viewing today. Asia was super helpful and she walked me through all amenities of the building.
