Quit serving burnt dried out ribs. You have the nerve to say that you’re the best barbecue in all of Everett Washington I can do better in my oven at home. I’ve visited there from another state and it was right next or within walking distance from where I was staying so I went there and that was the most God awful food I’ve ever had. Who serves greens with black juice running off of them.
Absolutely amazing BBQ. The homemade sides are incredible as well, especially the mac & cheese. Having grown up in the south, I am pretty particular about BBQ... I would go as far as to say this is some of the best, if not the best I've ever had. Lew himself is a friendly gentleman who very obviously cares about his craft. I will be bringing friends & and visiting regularly!
