I hate to give one star to this place but my fiancé has been working with a sales associate the last day and a half and now the guy will not return his calls texts nothing. At first Rod was more than ready to sell a vehicle but today after several calls messages texts ect... Rod has yet to get back with us. My fiancé is still trying to give y’all business but I’m sure a thousand other dealerships would have at least returned a phone call.

I will start by saying that it’s“Excellence in Customer Service” 😊 I’m extremely happy with my purchase they LISTEN I was never pressure into anything. i test drive an outlander but it didn’t call my name 😂 I fell in love with a eclipse cross SEL. I had a budget in mind and they worked out a great deal for me. Gerardo really made my purchase easy. Thank you for making us feel so welcome at ease even in the middle of COVID times.
Lewisville Autoplex had the specific Camaro I was looking for. After consulting via telephone and text, Gerardo made the buying process very easy. I drove in from San Antonio and he had all the paperwork ready. I was in and out very quickly. I appreciate his hard work and he was very diligent throughout the entire process.
