Very bad experience, front desk lady had an attitude with me and rolled her eyes a lot. They canceled my appointment many times said it’s because they don’t specialize in medicaid, I am not on medicaid. She also called the wrong phone number and gave me attitude for that. Didn’t even make it into the doctors appointment they rescheduled me right at the window.
I'm not actually sure if this Doctors office is a shining star or terrible I've never been. What I will say is when looking up a new Primary care office for my family, this is the first one I clicked becuase of it's location. When I think of Lewiston NY. I think of the kindness, good character, close knit community, cleanliness and open arms welcoming you.
