1301 Spring Street has a ROACH INFESTATION. Beware!
We have lived at the Hudson in Atwood for 2 years. The staff at CMI are professional, caring and very responsive to tenant requests. The apartments are amazing and I loved they were just about sound proof so you can’t hear your neighbors. Plus, it’s an amazing neighborhood to be in!
Avoid
Proceed with EXTREME caution, or better yet just avoid. CMI management lied directly to me and my roommate not once but on two separate occasions. The first when we toured the apt prior to move in we were told one price and then when the lease was sent to us it showed a different price. We pointed this out to CMI, and Joseph in particular, and he immediately became aggressive accusing us of lying to get a lower payment etc. We were a bit late to looking for an apt so felt we had to proceed with this place even with the bad e... read more
We've been a tenant in a CMI property for 3 1/2 years. Our building is meticulously maintained and CMI is always very responsive to all of our needs. I've had business relationships with management companies for more than 30 years, and I've seen them all, the good, the bad and the ugly, and CMI, and especially our manager, Joseph, are at the top of the good list.
