Proceed with EXTREME caution, or better yet just avoid. CMI management lied directly to me and my roommate not once but on two separate occasions. The first when we toured the apt prior to move in we were told one price and then when the lease was sent to us it showed a different price. We've been a tenant in a CMI property for 3 1/2 years. Our building is meticulously maintained and CMI is always very responsive to all of our needs. I've had business relationships with management companies for more than 30 years, and I've seen them all, the good, the bad and the ugly, and CMI, and especially our manager, Joseph, are at the top of the good list.
Lived in The Hudson on Atwood for 6 years and had a great experience with CMI! Management is friendly, attentive and responsive. While rent in Madison is atrocious, The Hudson is definitely a good deal considering the prime location, amenities and updated appliances. Would absolutely recommend renting through CMI.
I live in an older building and it’s had a couple problems but maintenance is always super prompt and management is friendly and easy to get ahold of.
