Avoid 22 e Dayton and this property group at all costs! Unit 103 has flooded four times so far in the year 2025. Sewage water, which was brown, smelly, and hazardous, filled the kitchen sink and bathroom sink, eventually spilling over onto the floors. The property manager never hired a professional cleaning service. Their maintenance team did a poor job at cleaning it up. I could not get the smell of sewage out of my apartment for days. Katrina was always available in the office or by email and was always very nice and helpful at answering any questions I had about anything. The property manager Joseph was also very helpful and responsive over email. Any issues were always quickly fixed by the maintenance staff. My entire security deposit was returned upon moving out, with no bogus charges/deductions or anything like that.
After moving in, I had an issue with my fridge making a loud noise making it hard to sleep. I submitted a maintenance request at night, and by the time I got back from work the following day Mark, a repair technician, had come around and fixed it. I'm very happy with how fast it got fixed and feel good knowing that if things break in the future they'll be fixed with similar speed.

We have lived at the Hudson in Atwood for 2 years. The staff at CMI are professional, caring and very responsive to tenant requests. The apartments are amazing and I loved they were just about sound proof so you can’t hear your neighbors. Plus, it’s an amazing neighborhood to be in!
