I had great experiences with CMI - be it the support staff who did maintenance work or when I was working with Joseph, everyone was nice and knowledgeable. Any issues were promptly addressed and departing on good terms. I can only recommend working with them.
Everything renting with CMI management was honestly so good. Very quick with any service requests and communicative! When the furnace went out they had someone there immediately getting a new one in.
We lived in Baldwin Corners with CMI for several years. Management was always very responsive to our questions and did a nice job maintaining the property over the years.
We are a commercial tenant in a building managed by CMI. I want to acknowledge the professional and speedy service we always get from the building maintenance crew, and also from the office staff.
