I lived here for several years. I liked the layout of the interior and the trees in the neighborhood, but the lack of actual property management is shocking. There is a lot of litter, not enough trash bins, and no enforcement of policies. The staff are never available and unresponsive. They put zero effort into retaining tenants.
I lived here for two years. when we moved in the carpet was stained. my roommates ceiling fan was broken and the dryer didn’t work. the laundry room was disgusting. When we moved out we spent hours cleaning the apartment. There was several things wrong with the apartment when we moved in. The had the audacity to charge us for things that were issues when we moved in. our microwave was brand new. they replaced it right after we were moving out and had the audacity to charge us a cleaning fee… We even replaced the drip pans an... read more

This place has roaches. No matter how clean your apartment is, they can still find a way to get inside. Aside from this, never think of your deposit again! We returned the place just like what it was but they charged us for everything, even light bulbs that are still working!
