Although office initially seemed disorganized and unkept, the doctor was professional and performed my root canal in a painless manner. The receptionist made it quite obvious that their primary objective is financially motivated by demanding upfront partial payment, which by itself is not unusual nowadays. Dr. Lewis and his assistant were very welcoming and accomidating. I felt comfortable in the office and they were both very professional. I had an absess and Dr. west was very thorough during the procedure and it was pretty much pain free.I have had root canals in the past and he was very gentle I will go back to him for all my root canal procedures if I need them in the future. Thank you both for making this a good experience. I feel great and no pain the next morning!
