Listed a 2014 4Runner with info “coming soon.” I was sent a generic salesmen assignment email but never send info or availability of the vehicle. Listing was still on CG for weeks after.
Contacted me several times but went with a different dealer because of Jeep Cherokee options and price

They responded very quickly and spoke with someone on phone for 30 minutes about car and asked him to hold it and not sell it before I got there since I had over an hour drive and 10 month old baby with me. I said I was planning on getting it barring something unforeseen and did not need financing. I drove there and spoke with a different but equally nice person. All the workers were friendly and helpful, and I'm very please with my car!
I felt that I was mislead. I clearly asked if the vehicle had body damage and I was told no. After further inspection, there was indeed bumper damage. Otherwise, folks were nice but unwilling to negotiate at all which is never a good sign.
The few people I spoke to were friendly. But the car I was interested in ended up being 5 and 1/2 hours away.
