Very bad experience dealing with this Company. Not transperant when renting to international individuals. So, if you are an international student or alien avoid because you will definitely lose your deposit once you apply!

These people are in charge of the HOA at Mission Overlook in Tallahassee. I’ve reached out multiple times over the state of the mailboxes which are their responsibility to maintain. More than half of the mailboxes are broken and do not lock. I’ve had over 5 packages stolen from my box in the last month and in spite of reaching out, nothing is being done.
