Robert is great! Heather and Stephanie are terrible, but not everyone can be awesome like Robert I had to come back and share that I called because my washing machine stopped working and my experience was much better than the first time! The female that answered my call really listened and sent over someone to look at it. Tim was very knowledgeable and fixed the issue right away!
Heather was amazing, we didn’t know where to start and she helped us stay under budget for a new washer and dryer as well as a new microwave!
