I had a nice experience from the time I walked in the door. I met with Lotoya and she was so very knowledgeable of the appliances I asked her about. I went in looking for a washer and ended up with a stove also, she was truly very professional and very nice.

Heather B at the Birmingham location was super helpful and friendly. She stayed with me and answered all the questions I had and helped me pick out a great set!
Heather at the downtown Birmingham location was awesome. She was knowledgeable, quick to the point and very efficient. Excellent customer service! Within a matter of minutes, she helped me select a washer and dryer set ,that I ended up purchasing and set up a fast delivery. She's great at her job! All of the staff seemed very friendly.
