I went there in order to browse around not exactly knowing which product that would meet my needs but after spending some time with Steph I was confident and on track for what I wanted and needed. I bought my washer and dryer from them and had no issues. However, whenever I called about a problem, the man was very condescending and just plain rude. They will get another dime from me.
