My nails are unevenly painted and shaped and when I called her out on it she just acted like she didn’t know what I was talking about and handed me the nail file and said to file them myself .
Absolutely awful. So rude. I had made an appointment for 3:45 for a full set i show up for my appointment and I sat waiting until 4:20 pm. I was ignored and other guests who came in after me were being worked on. I told the lady I made an apt for 3:45 and ive been sitting here i keep asking whats going on and I kept being told someone was coming for me in 2 mins 2 mins 2 mins so I sat and waited patiently.
