The technicians are always kind. I've only ever gone in for face wax service. I was very disappointed because they refused to honor a gift card with over $200 on it that I bought last Christmas. I can understand that management has changed but I feel it would have been better to give me a discount or something extra as a gesture of goodwill and to keep a customer. I did not get any notification of the change and I will not be going back.
Jade was so nice and gives excellent pedicure. I showed her what I was wanting and she made a suggestion of better paint match salon had on hand. Her painting skills were great and foot and calf massage amazing! I will be returning for excellent service.
Jade did such an amazing job today and perfectly replicated the pinterest nail design I had in mind! Amazing service and such kind staff — would highly recommend.
My go to spot in the Seattle/Bellevue area! Always in & out woth great quality service!
