Very pleased with my work that was performed there . And I will continue going there.
Do not buy the promotional gift card they have going on. I spend $600 on gift cards and was told we couldn’t use the gift cards when I tried using them. They claim the gift cards can only be used after the holidays but was never told that when I bought it and it was not advertised in the promo. It seemed like they were making it up since it’s just a regular gift card and it makes no sense to not accept it. The nails were done well. Hence the 2 stars. But each time I went, i waited at least 30 minutes past my appt time to be served. Why even have appts? It's always say that they are under staffed - but they overbook. They even turned away people with appointments, asking them to come tomorrow. I found another place that does just as good of a job on my nails and are punctual with their appts.
This was my second time here and I loved it again! I had Bella !!! she is very good ,very veryyy kind and my nails look so good! Very happy with this spa!
