Quick and efficient service!
This has been my go-to nail place for a couple of years now. I love Kate and she always does such a stellar job on my nails. This builder gel manicure is a week old and it still looks amazing.
I like coming here because they have a lot of selections for pedicures… I love the spa pedicure. They have new chairs and a great atmosphere. They use all new files and clippers when they do your pedicure. And the staff are very polite.
DO NOT FEEL PRESSURED TO TIP IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO. IT'S OKAY IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO TIP. They were pushy about tips, asking multiple times without shame. Very unprofessional. They try to guilt or embarrass you in front of everyone, announcing it loud enough for others to hear and staring as if it is wrong or shameful not to tip. Tips are earned through good service. They should not be automatically expected. They will probably post some fake response to this review to save their image, just like they have with the other post... read more
My nails are unevenly painted and shaped and when I called her out on it she just acted like she didn’t know what I was talking about and handed me the nail file and said to file them myself .
