I had no appointment and walked in and they took care of me within 5 min. Pedicure was great and exactly what I needed.
My mother-in-law and I come in every month and are taken care of by Jenny. Julia assisted today with preparing my nails and was wonderful. For my pedicure, they accidentally used the wrong polish but worked as a team and took care of me to fix it. Love coming here and will definitely be back!
For context, I am a licensed Esthetician and beauty professional, so while I am not a nail technician, I am professionally trained in sanitation, disinfection, infection control, and client safety. I’m typically not one to complain or leave negative reviews, but I had a horrible experience here and feel like others should be aware. I came in here, quite a few times doing the same exact pedicure, which is $39 today she charged me 65. It’s a rip off buyer bewar this place knows how to scam people of their honest, working money
After frequenting this salon for 15+ years, it recently changed ownership and I was worried… but I am happy to report that I’ve experienced no change in service - still A+
