Requiring 15% in tips at least. They basically tell you I am sorry you can’t leave less than 15%. Very disrespectful to yell out loud are you leaving any tips? And when u say yes, they ask how much and after that they say no, u need to leave at least 15. So my dipping powder was 52$ wanted to leave 5$(when you can see ways to do the job better) (photo attached) they said no. So I was obligated to leave another 3$. I've been going here for 6 years & I'ts time to start looking for another nail Spa. My regular lady relocated to another location. I called to make an appointment with her & I wasn't informed that she had relocated until I showed up for my appointment.
