I've been going here for 6 years & I'ts time to start looking for another nail Spa. My regular lady relocated to their other location. I called to make am appointment with her & I wasn't informed that she wasn't at this location anymore until I showed up for my appointment. The girl who did my pedicure was pushing for the most expensive one on the menu. When I declined, she did a mediocre job. She didn't even bother to give me a proper foot scrub. Best pedicure experience in WA thus far - staff is so nice and thorough. Went on Mother's day as a treat and even though they were busy we werent rushed. Loved it!!
Awsome experience But few years back I had a person that I saw regularly. She wasn't there and staff were so mean to me that I stopped coming. They new that I someone I saw regularly and they said she not here they were so rude and did terrible job. My recent visit was very nice mostly new people.
HEADS UP: minimum 15% tip required.. I had to tip $17 for a mani pedi.
I was happy with Mia's work and getting the person I made the reservation with to take care of my needs. I will return to her again.
