The BEST place for anyone who is looking for someone who can help you with regular maintenance, muscle recovery, injuries or pushing your training to the next level! This is coming from an athlete who injured herself and was put on tons of medications just to be able to sleep again, let alone lift, and Selena was able to alleviate my pain so I could sleep again and restore a ton of my mobility. I couldn't thank or recommend this woman enough!

I see Jen Lehto for facials regularly, the spa facial she does is so relaxing and she takes great care of my skin, trying something different based on how my skin reacts every time. She has done eyelash extensions for me as well which she is very meticulous about and they turned out great. I would highly recommend Jen and believe she is the best aesthetician in the Saginaw area!
