Had carpet installed by Levis for floors. It was mismatched. Had to contact them. Then had to wait over 4 weeks for new carpet. The second installer told us we would've had issues with the initial install in addition to the mismatch. I asked for compensation for the inconvenience and they would not offer any. Didn't seem to care that I was unhappy.
My floor was a problem. A Mr Levi came out and said he would send someone out to look at it and fix some quarter round that was months ago never happened. I called. Again and talked to another Mr Levi I was told he would review my file and call me the next week that was over a month ago and nothing. I am not rude or angry when I call. I had my whole house done with wood and carpet I guess I'm invisible and I give up
