I have just finished phase one of new wood floors. Carpeting next week. For 40 years I have never been disappointed. 4 new homes and many family and friend referrals. The crew worked so hard. The care. Cleanliness. Promptness and beautiful result of the work is exceptional.
Extremely poor customer service, many many issues with install, STILL having issues over a year later. We asked for new installers twice while floors were being done. Water damage to our home because of install. We mention Levis to friends now and it seems everyone has a Levi's horror story... stay FAR away.

My experience with Levi’s 4 Floors has not been a good nor satisfying one. My husband and I were looking to replace our carpeted home with luxury vinyl flooring. We visited the Powell location, spoke to salesperson Neil, who showed us a variety of choices and we selected one that Neil had lauded as being installed in Urban Meyer’s home. Had a great experience getting new carpet on short notice, during the busiest time of the year. Shout out to our sales rep, Neil Duane, for making it happen. He really came through!
We had hardwood floors installed approximately 2 weeks ago. They are significantly different than the sample we were shown despite having a salesman to our house to evaluate and determine colors. There are several imperfections in the wood that were not at all reflected in the sample and are far beyond normal knotting. The tongue and groove has already splintered in 2 places and the floors, which were supposedly very hard quality, were scratched by a plastic mop bucket.
