I own a small cleaning business and had a mishap with a clients stair carpeting. I was so upset and stressed out, especially because my clients are so so kind to begin with... The carpet in our finished basement had been damaged by a bit of water infiltration in a couple spots which I had cut out to prevent any kind of mold issue from occurring. We fixed the problem that caused that and were getting ready to sell the house, so we contracted Levi's 4 Floors to replace the carpet and padding in the whole basement. Almost a year ago we had Levi’s install 3-4 rooms of ceramic flooring in our home. About 4 months after the installation we started seeing some problems and ultimately ended up having to replace the entire floor. The thin set (adhesive) failed and the floor was actually still moving because it never set! John and Karie at Levi’s worked with me to reselect (tile was not available) and also solve an additional problem that was discovered. choosing the color was most difficult part. installaton was exemplary . The 2 installer worked non stop until finished. Were very helpful in replacing furniture to the proper place
