Madison does a great job of listening and providing suggestions that work great for your needs! She is very professional, caring and knowledgeable. Great at answering any questions you may have. I highly recommend!
I could not have chosen a sweeter, more competent person to buy hearing aids from. I went to my ENT and was told I needed hearing aids. The audiologist had such little time to spend with me due to other patients waiting, and only offered one kind. Madison works with many different kinds of hearing aids, and goes over all you need to know very clearly. She makes you happy to have chosen Levi Hearing.
Levine Hearing Center was the best experience I had in finding the ideal hearing aids for me. I researched and looked around to see that other places just wanted to sell me the most expensive hearing aids and did not give me the personable experience that Madison gave me. Madison was terrific. She made recommendations based on the hearing exam which changed my preconceived thoughts. Got the new Signia hearing aides that week and she took a lot of time programming them and answering all of my technical (retired engineer) questions with great detail - she knows her stuff. I returned after a week and she changed the programming to give me 4 separate settings for normal, TV viewing, restaurant and automobile AND 6 different volume levels. I am impressed!

She made suggestions based on my lifestyle and then fine tuned these incredible hearing aides to increase the clarity of sound for specific environments, such as in traffic, or at a restaurant or while viewing tv!
