I have been a client of Madison for over a year now and she provides the best hearing aid support I have ever received. She and her front office staff (Joanne) are friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Madison was able to fit me with hearing aids that are within my budget and work great. I cannot recommend Madison highly enough--she is extremely personable, professional and knows her business and products perfectly enough to identify the exact product to fit your own lifestyle. Everything about her office( design to Joanne) will help you feel very comfortable and glad that decided to take the step towards correction.
I put off the hearing aid thing for years although I knew I needed help. Total deafness in one ear made life difficult and I was missing half of the things going on around me. Madison was able to put me at ease and show me the benefits of Cross Technology and now I can not only hear on my left side but I'm also able to hear clear speech in restaurants and crowds. She is always so helpful as I have asked her to adjust the settings several times and each time the result is better.
Levine Hearing is a good organization. I have been wearing aids for 20 plus years. Even when calling for my first appointment I was spoken to very kindly. Madison questioned me about my life style, including my wife. And then LISTENED to my response. She did not try and put words in my mouth. She then showed us a range of aides I/we could choose from. All done very professionally, and very, very nicely. We highly recommended them for any hearing aids.
