Very disappointed how things are now after the merger. We will be changing offices. We loved our doctor but can never get appointment.
Since merging into one huge building with carolina health systems, checking in alone takes several minutes, there is no seperation for sick and well, and you wait ridiculously long even though you have an appointment. Bet they want their money up front though!

Miss Palmetto. Chose them because smaller office now part of RH Peds so RH even bigger. Waiting room awful in new building. No separate area for children or well/sick. Was too overwhelming for my 4 yr old with autidm. Waited over an hour just for flu shot.
