Get directionsMy mom stayed her in Late 2022 she was admitted to inpatient then transferred to subacute. When my mom arrived she was walking assisted. When she left she was bed ridden, left with a serious UTI (had to be hospitalized) and subdued due to medications she was prescribed. I regret sending my mom there. I hope they have increased the number of their staff, expand on PT options in subacute and contact the family more often.
My family member was transferred here from an intensive care. We were not given any other choice. I stayed awake at night worrying about him. I had read the Google reviews and checked medicare's website. After experiencing a stay, I would send him here again if I needed to. He felt that it was "the best hospital he had ever been to." He was very touched by the extra things they would do for him just to be kind. I will say that the people at the front desk are not at all friendly. This place needs to be shut down. WHERE IS THE STATE!!!! Residents are always left unattended on day and night shift on households. No gna no nurse in site. People are falling like crazy and they aren’t reporting the falls. Needs to be shut down or all new management!!
SHORT STAFF, MOM DIED! If I could give zero stars I would. My mom was here for five years. She had a stroke which caused left sided paralysis as well as deafness on the left side for which she had a cochlear implant. She was also legally blind. In the first year, the care was pretty good. Then we received a letter, a staff reorganization was being implemented for better patient care.
